We are excited and privileged to present the second phase of our incredibly successful timber project to you — our best clients and closest friends. Gutierrez Group is now offering an agricultural investment which will not only yield double-digit financial returns, but it will also improve the quality of our environment in several ways.
By purchasing undeveloped farmland at an exceptionally low price (U$180 per Hectare), we are contributing to the developing forestry industry. A few years after we plant more than 880,000 trees, the trees will produce Bio-mass pellets and chips for the booming, clean energy generation Bio-mass industry.
Plus we have already partnered with Lignum Resources, a Spanish company devoted to promoting power-generation projects worldwide which will market and sell our Bio-mass product.
We firmly believe that we are all stewards of our planet. At Gutierrez Group, we are committed to finding ways to address our planet’s serious environmental concerns. Now you also have the chance to join us in this exciting venture.
We have purchased over 800 hectares of savanna and prairie land which is currently barren of native trees and offering little benefit to our environment. Our highly respected and efficient management team will plant and nurture more than 1,111 trees per hectare which will in turn capture carbon dioxide and produce oxygen to improve the air we breathe.
In only 7 to 8 years, the trees will be harvested and turned into Bio-mass chips and pellets. The Bio-mass industry has grown an amazing 87% over the last year alone, so the need for these sustainable wood products has never been greater. While there are also other options for our mature trees, we believe Bio-mass production will bring the highest return to both our investors and the environment.

In fact, Lignum Resources has already certified our two species of trees as perfect sources for bio-mass generation. Lignum is globally connected with many potential buyers of bio-mass products and we expect to sign long-term wood supply mandates with bio-mass powered energy plants world-wide.
In addition to the trees, we plan to intercrop the land with beehives to produce organic honey as a side crop and a way to increase the diminishing bee population which is another serious concern for our planet.

Also, we expect our project will be certified once again by The Gold Standard for the issuance of carbon credits. These credits will then be sold to companies to offset the negative carbon impact they are producing, while we are actually improving the carbon impact on the planet.
Previously, we completed a long process of site visits and fulfilled the necessary criteria to qualify for carbon credits for the 11,000+ hectares that we have already planted in the region. Based upon the qualifications we met in the previous phases of this timber project, we are confident we will qualify again. These credits can then increase the expected rate of return for our investors as well.
Here’s a quick summary of the details of this socially and environmentally sustainable endeavor:
[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=”Texto” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]
800 hectares of land already purchased in a corporate structure, divided into 50 investment units of which 36 will be sold this year.
- 1 investment unit = 200 corporate shares = approximately 54 acres
- The corporation will issue 10,000 shares so each investment unit represents 2% of the corporation
- Each investor can purchase as many shares of the corporation as they wish
- 17,000+ trees will be planted per investment unit and 850.000+ in total
- The overall cost of the project is $2.39 million USD
- Each investment unit is valued at 120,000,000 Colombian pesos which is approximately $40,000 USD (depending on the currency exchange rate)
- Expected rate of return is 16% – NOT INCLUDING the potential income from inter-cropping, the value of the carbon credits, nor the potential increase in the basic land value
- Additional forms of income from intercropping (honey) and carbon credits may be realized above and beyond the underlying 16% expected
- Colombian Timber II was just launched in Panama during March and less than 20 investment units remain available
- Investors can apply to a Colombian temporary visa by buying 1 investment unit and to a permanent visa by purchasing 4 investment units. (Visa costs not included)
- Having your own an account at a financial institution in Colombia in order to send funds is not necessary towards investing in Colombian Timber

We have assessed and addressed the possible risks as well. The land and trees are fully insured against natural disaster and malicious acts from third parties and, after performing a full due diligence review, we have employed the most respected and highest producing timber management team to nurture this project. InverBosques has the most respected reputation in Colombia for managing projects of this size and producing the results we expect.
